The House

This stunning home offers three spacious king-sized bedrooms, each designed for comfort with sweeping views of the landscape. Unique architectural details set it apart — including a glass-walled ground-floor room where you can watch guests dive into the infinity pool above.
The rooftop deck invites sunrise yoga, starlit dinners, or simply soaking in panoramic views of Kilifi Creek. How to get to us
By Road:
* From Nairobi: Drive via the Mombasa–Malindi Highway (approx. 7–8 hours).
* From Mombasa: Head north on the Mombasa–Malindi Highway (approx. 1.5–2 hours).
* From Malindi: Head south on the Mombasa–Malindi Highway (approx. 45 minutes).
By Air:
* Daily flights from Nairobi to Malindi or Vipingo Airstrip.
* Vipingo Ridge Airstrip is the closest (approx. 35 minutes by car).
* Malindi Airport is approx. 1 hour away.
* Moi International Airport (Mombasa) is approx. 2 hours away.

Local Directions:
From Kilifi town, head towards the Kilifi Creek area. Continue past Distant Relatives Ecolodge — we’re just a little further ahead. The road from the main tarmac is unpaved but easy to drive on, and it only takes about 10 minutes (depending on how you drive 😅). The Google Maps pin is accurate, so you can follow it directly. It’s a beautiful drive that brings you right to Chez Donéo, where you’ll be welcomed by lush gardens, a sunset terrace, and gorgeous views of the creek.
